Tiny Triumphs

celebrating the everyday

What draws me to paint is not grandeur, but the quiet beauty of the overlooked. I find richness in the ordinary: small moments, humble objects, everyday rituals. As the French writer Marcel Proust once said, “The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes, but in having new eyes.”
My practice grows from curiosity, a constant pull to look closer, to notice more, to respond with colour and form. It’s a process shaped by exploration rather than certainty, and that’s exactly where the joy lies.
This website is part archive, part open sketchbook. A place to collect and share fragments of that journey. Whether you’re here by accident or intention. Welcome.
